As my first fic I made the rookie mistake of not solidifying a plot outline before I began writing- the final product would've been at least 150,000 words and, with no prior experience writing fanfiction and only some plot ideas to go off of, I quickly lost faith in the project. Believe it or not it was meant to be a practice fic before I wrote a "real" one, lol.
